189 soft solid slurry is suitable for printing on cotton, linen, T/C and other fabrics. Its characteristics are good printing operability, soft hand feeling, bright colors and high cost performance. The product complies with environmental protection standards, does not contain formaldehyde, APEO , plasticizer, heavy metals, etc., and can be used for children’s clothing printing.

Water-based sharp knife for 120 mesh screen — printing 1-2 knives X 1 time — baking ( 130 ～ 150 ℃× 1 ～ 2 minutes)

1.  Adding 1% curing agent L-300 can effectively improve the firmness of the printed surface.

2.  After printing, the printed surface must be fully heat-treated (baked) to fully display its excellent printing effect. If it is dried naturally, the fastness can be tested only after 72 hours.

3.  The storage period of this product is 12 months. Please keep it in a low temperature and dry place. The lid must be tightly closed after use to avoid skin formation on the surface, which may affect reuse.

4.  Due to the variability of chemical products, whether the company provides small samples or bulk goods, the factory needs to make careful samples according to the specified process conditions, and can be put into mass production only after the various fastness tests are qualified. The company will not bear any loss caused by untested.
