Its characteristics are easy to use, good printing operability, soft hand feeling, dry, non-sticky, good elasticity, high hiding power and good fastness. The product complies with environmental protection standards, does not contain formaldehyde, APEO , plasticizer, heavy metals, etc., and can be used for children’s clothing printing.

Printing process
100-120 mesh screen water-based sharp knife — printing 2 knives X 3 times — baking ( 130 ~ 150 ℃× 1 ~ 2 minutes)
Precautions
1. Adding curing agent L-300 1% can effectively improve the firmness of the printed surface to meet special fabrics or high-demand printing. The printing paste with curing agent must be used up within 24 hours; for high-elastic stretch fabrics , The printing of rib cloth can be printed 1-2 times with the base transparent pulp DC-1 or 3890A to improve the flexibility of printing.
2. After printing, the printed surface must be fully heat-treated (baked) to fully display its excellent printing effect. If it is dried naturally, the fastness can be tested only after 72 hours.
3. The storage period of this product is 12 months. Please keep it in a low temperature and dry place. The lid must be tightly closed after use to avoid skin formation on the surface, which may affect reuse.
4. Due to the variability of chemical products, whether the company provides small samples or bulk goods, the factory needs to make careful samples according to the specified process conditions, and can be put into mass production only after the various fastness tests are qualified.
