Suede foam pulp mainly applied to mesh . Space leather . Suede handle high elastic nylon and other upper printing plate material thickness; which is characterized by ease of use, soft feel, good flexibility, cold resistance to bending (with DC- 855C using at -2 0 deg.] C in the case is bent more than 100,000 times) , good adhesion, a certain degree of acid resistance, ultraviolet ray resistance, non-yellowing. The product meets environmental protection standards, has excellent freezing resistance, does not contain formaldehyde, does not contain APEO , and can be used for children’s clothing printing.

Printing process
After being completely dried, the pressing machine 17 5 ℃ pressing for 15 seconds
Printing and drying ( 6-8 times for bottom printing, 2-4 times for suede )
After completion of the drying oven 18 is 0 deg.] C baked 2-3 minutes
Precautions
1. Since the suede foaming pulp is matched with a special cross-linking agent, customers cannot change or increase or decrease the cross-linking agent at will.
2, to make use of our complementary product ratio, in order to achieve the proper elastic force . Adhesion and different suede effect.
3. After printing, the printed surface must be fully heat-treated to fully display its excellent printing effect. Please refer to the printing process requirements for the heat treatment method.
4. The storage period of this product is 6 months. Please keep it in a low-temperature and dry place. The lid must be tightly closed after use to avoid skin formation on the surface, which will affect the reuse. Cover the bottle cap after using the matching curing agent, and do not open it in the air!
Due to the variability of chemical products, whether the company provides small samples or bulk goods, the factory needs to make samples carefully according to the specified process conditions, and can be put into mass production after the various fastness tests are qualified. The company will not bear any loss caused by untested.
